Omg this place is soooo good! We were in town for a few days and had a rental home nearby. Honestly, we stopped in simply because we like mojitos, lol.

It's a small place, but has a great vibe. We visited two nights so far and they had all night drink specials both nights with $2 tacos/$5 margaritas Tuesday night, $5 mojitos (all flavors!) Wednesday night.

The tacos were very good, but there was a sauce on it making it too spicy for me. They had great flavor - I tried both chicken and beef. The next night I tried original, blue and strawberry mojitos. Food that night- the Entraña (grilled fajita skirt steak), rice, beans and plantains. All soooo good.

What I liked best about the drinks was that they use real fruit juices and infusions for their cocktails. They are sweetened by plain sugar or sugar cane and not just mixers with artificial flavors. The flavor on every that comes out of this kitchen or bar is nothing short of amazing.

The service is also very good and the staff are warm and welcoming. Every one makes you feel at home. I think I'll eat here every day while I'm in town!

Decided to stop by here on a Friday night due to the kitchen being opened late opposed to businesses near by, Major Plus!!
    Kitchen Hours:
    Mom-Thurs: 3pm - 12am
    Friday & Sat: 3pm - 2am
    Sun: 12pm-12am

    I ordered:
    Shrimp Mango Ceviche $13.95
It tasted like frozen shrimp thrown on a plate with tomatoes & mongo. It comes with plantain chips. Unfortunately, my sister could not eat it. It was way too bland and we don't recommend

    Ropa Vieja $18.95
It don't feel it tasted like a usual ropa vieja, however it was still good & cutely plated. I am keeping it into consideration that it was late so it's highly possible we got what was already left sitting in the kitchen. I did enjoy the meal & if you are going to come here, I would recommend the dish.

    Guacamole $5.50 (as a side)
It was good, kind of bland, could use more lemon

Lychee Mojito $13 : Good Drink

Overall, I gave it a 3 stars because the atmosphere was nice, it's cute, classy & clean inside. you're greeted kindly at the door, the servers were very nice, although they seemed distracted, it seemed as everyone in there at the time knew each other personally so they were hanging out, not a horrible thing, we'd just go moments without being checked on so it took a lot longer to get our check for example. The music was very good at first and then took an interesting turn later on in the night. The food was not great but could've been worse. It was a very neutral experience.
    Thank you for reading!

Came back here with a party of 6 and it was great! The more people, the more we get to explore the menu. The calamari was good, the shrimp quesadillas had a creamy cheesy taste to it which was really good we ended up ordering another round. The shrimp tacos were good too. The guacamole is really good I recommend it as well although I feel like it can come with more plantain chips that's my recommendation to the restaurant.  The amount of plantain chips wasn't enough for the amount of guacamole they serve. Just like last time our bill wasn't bad at all. Two guacamole's, two shrimp quesadillas, tacos, empanadas, two entrees, 18 mojitos (yes 18 we came for mojito night on Wednesday $5 all night) split amongst 6 people came out to $44 per person what a deal! You won't be disappointed if you come here.

If you're in queens and need a drink or a meal, get here asap! This place does not disappoint. I order different food items (skirt steak is a must) and the service is spot on. Friendly owners talented bartender and server, superb service and food quality. I mean for queens I'm always excited to come here compared to the quick food service in roosevelt Avenue. Happy hour and steak calls for a good dinner in a lovely environment like this place.

The service and food was great. The drinks were amazing. We had the guacamole, fried red snapper fish, mango salmon, chicken tacos, and empanadas. Would definitely go back.
